Day 81 – Unfortunately tripped last night on the trail and hit my head on a rock. After vomiting most of the day, made a trip to the ER and had a CT scan. All clear on the scan but have a concussion. Will take a day to recover and then get back at it!

Thanks to Rachel DeVlieger who drove 16 hours from Illinois to say hi, hang out and bring amazing snacks from Leslie Heeren and was able to give us a ride around Pawling and to the hospital! You guys are the best!
